Sophie is incredibly passionate about sharing her knowledge about nutrition in order to assist others live a healthier lifestyle as well as enhance athletes performance both physically and mentally through proper dietary guidance and coaching. With a bachelor’s degree in health science – Clinical Nutrition, Sophie has extensive in analysing the diets top level athletes and offers sport specific dietary strategies to clients to help boost and optimise athletic performance.

Having been extremely passionate about food, exercise and nutrition her entire life, Sophie has spent the last 4 years completing studies and consultations with a large variety of different client types, and has gained a broad understanding of the different body types, genders and preferences of top level athletes. This experience has enabled her to gain direct insight into the unique needs of athletes and understands how the smallest of nutritional changes can make such a large impact on performance and recovery.

Sophie’s approach to optimising athletes performance is catered to not only improve physical health and mental focus, but will also coach you to have a better understanding about your own nutritional education through simplified dietary guidelines, strategies, meal planning, food source recommendations, body and macro/micronutrient measurements to ensure that you achieve all of your performance and recovery goals.
