MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
TrackFit MX Performance Coaching Pty LtdVersion 1.0 — 7 August 2026Effective from: 08 August 2026
Before you start
These terms cover your TrackFit trial and membership — what you're getting, what it costs, how billing works, how to cancel or pause, and how our 30-day guarantee works.
They're written in plain English on purpose. If anything here isn't clear, email trackfitmxtraining@gmail.com and ask before you sign up.
The short version:
- 7-day free trial. A card is required, but you're not charged during the trial.
- On day 7 your trial converts automatically and you're charged $239 AUD per month.
- Cancel any time before day 7 and you pay nothing.
- Cancel any time after that and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
- Do the work for your first 30 days and it's still not for you? You get your money back.
- Riders under 18 are welcome — a parent or guardian holds the membership.
1. Your 7-Day Free Trial
1.1 Your TrackFit membership begins with a 7-day free trial. Your trial period starts as soon as your signup is submitted and confirmed, and runs for 7 days from that point.
1.2 A valid payment method is required to start your trial. You will not be charged at any point during the 7 days.
1.3 Your trial converts automatically. At the end of your 7-day trial, your membership continues as a paid monthly membership and your nominated card is charged $239 AUD per month. You don't need to do anything to continue.
1.4 When you sign up you'll complete a short rider questionnaire. Your answers place you into the TrackFit program built for your discipline and race format — Sprint MX, Mid-Length MX, Pro MX, Amateur Enduro or Pro Enduro. You start that program on day one of your trial. This is not a generic sample or a preview.
1.5 During your trial you also have full access to the TrackFit platform inside Everfit — the playbook library, the race-day recipe library, and the member community.
1.6 Once your trial ends and your membership starts, you'll complete the full TrackFit onboarding form — training history, schedule, equipment, riding load, injuries and goals — and your personalised program is built from there.
1.7 You can cancel any time before your trial ends and you will not be charged. Cancellation is self-service inside the Everfit app: [INSERT EVERFIT CANCELLATION CLICK-PATH]. If you cancel before your trial ends, no payment is taken.
1.8 We'll email you before your trial ends confirming the date it finishes and the amount you'll be charged.
1.9 Free trials are intended for riders who have not previously trained with TrackFit. TrackFit reserves the right to decline a free trial to anyone who has previously held a trial or membership.
2. Membership, Pricing & Billing
2.1 TrackFit membership is $239 AUD per month. There is one membership price for all riders.
2.2 Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. Your first payment is taken at the end of your 7-day free trial, and on the same date each month after that.
2.3 If you sign up on a date that doesn't exist in a following month (the 29th, 30th or 31st), your payment will be taken on the last day of that month.
2.4 All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). TrackFit is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on your membership.
2.5 Riders outside Australia — including New Zealand — are charged in AUD. The amount debited in your local currency depends on your bank's exchange rate on the day, and your bank or card provider may apply its own international transaction fee. These conversion rates and fees are set by your bank, not by TrackFit.
2.6 It's your responsibility to keep a current, valid payment method on your account.
2.7 If a payment fails. We won't cut you off over a card that's expired or a bank that flagged the transaction. Here's exactly what happens:
- Straight away — we'll email you that the payment didn't go through, with a link to update your card. Your access continues.
- After 48 hours — we'll automatically try again. If it fails, we'll email you again. Your access still continues.
- After 5 more days — we'll try a third time. If that fails, access to your training program is placed on hold and we'll email you exactly how to restore it.
- After 14 days unpaid — your membership is cancelled and your account is archived.
2.8 Before a membership is cancelled for non-payment, we'll usually reach out personally by phone or email first to check what's going on. Riders forget, cards expire, life happens — we'd rather sort it out than lose you over a payment glitch.
2.9 Nothing is lost. While your access is on hold — and after your account is archived — your program, training history and logged progress are all saved exactly as they were. If you come back, it's all still there.
2.10 Price changes. If TrackFit changes the membership price, existing members will be given at least one full billing cycle — 30 days — written notice before the new price applies. You can cancel at any point during that notice period. You will never be charged a new price without being told first.
3. Cancelling, Pausing & Coming Back
3.1 Cancelling. You can cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation is self-service inside the Everfit app: [INSERT EVERFIT CANCELLATION CLICK-PATH]. There's no notice period, no cancellation fee, and no phone call required.
3.2 You keep what you've paid for. If you cancel part-way through a month, you keep full access to your program and everything else in TrackFit until the end of the month you've already paid for. Your membership simply doesn't renew after that.
3.3 No part-month refunds. Because you keep your access to the end of your paid month, we don't refund part-months. Cancel on the 10th, paid through to the 25th — you've got until the 25th.
3.4 Pausing for injury or time off. Riders get hurt. Off-seasons happen. Work rosters change. If you need time out, you can pause your membership instead of cancelling — no need to explain yourself, and no need to prove anything.
- Available to members who have completed at least 30 days of paid membership
- Pause for up to 3 months at a time, and up to twice in any 12-month period
- Request it by email to trackfitmxtraining@gmail.com or by messaging Josh directly in the app
- You're not billed while paused
- Your program, training history and rider profile stay exactly where they are
- Your membership resumes automatically at the end of your pause and billing restarts. If you need longer, let us know before your pause ends and we'll extend it.
3.5 Coming back later. If you do cancel, your account is archived — not deleted. Your past programs, training history and the forms you filled out are all kept. When you come back you can pick up from your archived account or start completely fresh. Your call.
3.6 Your playbook access. The TrackFit playbook library — including the member-only playbooks that aren't sold publicly — is included with your membership and available to read inside the Everfit app for as long as your membership is active. Playbook access ends when your membership ends.
3.7 Playbooks you've bought. Playbooks purchased separately, such as the Ultimate Playbook Starter Pack, are yours to keep permanently. Those are downloadable PDFs and they stay with you whether you're a member or not.
4. The 30-Day Guarantee
4.1 We back TrackFit with a 30-day guarantee. Run the program properly for your first month, and if it's still not for you, you get your money back.
4.2 The window. Your guarantee period runs for the first 30 days of your first paid month. It starts the day your first payment is taken — your free trial doesn't count against it.
4.3 What you need to have done. To claim, you need to have actually run the program:
- At least 12 of your assigned sessions marked complete in Everfit within the 30 days
- Each of those sessions logged within 3 days of the date it was scheduled — not backfilled at the end of the month
- Each session logged properly, with your actual sets, reps, loads and times filled in
- Both fortnightly check-in forms completed — one at the two-week mark, one at the end of the month
If something genuinely gets in the way of training or logging on the scheduled day — no signal at a remote enduro, travel, work, a knock — just add a note in the workout notes in Everfit explaining why it was done late or moved. We're checking that you did the work, not trying to catch you out on paperwork.
4.4 How to claim. Email trackfitmxtraining@gmail.com within 7 days of your 30-day mark — any time between day 30 and day 37. After day 37 the guarantee window closes.
4.5 What you get back.
- Joined directly at $239 — you're refunded $239
- Joined using your Starter Pack credit and paid $200 — you're refunded $200, and you keep your Starter Pack playbooks permanently
- If your second month's payment has already been taken, that's refunded too. You won't be left out of pocket because your claim window overlapped your billing date.
4.6 Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
4.7 What happens next. When a refund is issued, your membership ends and your access to TrackFit closes immediately. The guarantee can be claimed once per rider.
4.8 After your refund is processed we'll send you a short form asking what didn't work. Filling it out is completely optional and has no bearing on your refund — but it genuinely helps us build a better program for the riders coming after you.
4.9 Your rights under Australian Consumer Law. This guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and doesn't limit or replace them. Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the ACL, including that they'll be provided with due care and skill and be fit for purpose. If we fail to meet those guarantees, you're entitled to a remedy regardless of the conditions above.
5. Health, Safety & Your Responsibilities
5.1 Riders under 18. TrackFit is open to riders aged 14 and over. If the rider is under 18, a parent or guardian must be the one who signs up. The membership is held in the parent or guardian's name, using their email and payment details. They are the account holder, they're responsible for payment, and they accept these terms on the rider's behalf. The rider trains the program under that account.
5.2 Where a member is under 18, the parent or guardian is welcome to be part of any conversation about the rider's training at any time, and we'll include them in anything significant.
5.3 Training carries risk. Strength training, conditioning and on-bike work all carry a risk of injury. TrackFit programs are designed to manage that risk sensibly, but they can't remove it. By joining, you accept that risk and agree to train within your ability.
5.4 Tell us about your health. When you join you'll complete a rider profile covering current or recent injuries, their stage — pre-surgery, post-surgery, in rehab — and any medical conditions we need to know about, such as diabetes or blood sugar issues. Your program is built from those answers, so leaving something out means we're programming blind. It's your responsibility to keep that information accurate and to tell us if anything changes.
5.5 We're not doctors. TrackFit programming and education is general strength and conditioning coaching for motocross and enduro riders. It isn't medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or physiotherapy, and it doesn't replace advice from your doctor, physio or surgeon. If you have an existing condition or you're unsure whether training is right for you, speak to your doctor before you start.
5.6 If you get injured. Tell us as soon as it happens. We'll pause your program straight away — no charge while you sort out what you're dealing with, and no pressure to train through it.
5.7 Coming back after an injury. Before you resume training with TrackFit after an injury, we need written clearance from your doctor confirming you're cleared to train, including any restrictions they've set. Once we have that, we'll build your program around those restrictions.
5.8 If your doctor clears you for limited work — light steady-state riding, sessions that keep load off the injured area — we can program specifically inside those limits. We won't program anything your doctor hasn't cleared.
5.9 Stop if something's wrong. If you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or anything that doesn't feel right during a session, stop. Seek medical advice, and let us know so we can adjust your program.
5.10 Nutrition content. TrackFit's nutrition and fuelling material — playbooks, recipes, hydration and supplement guidance — is general education for riders. It isn't individual dietary prescription or clinical advice. If you have a medical condition, an allergy, or you're on medication, speak to your doctor or a dietitian before making changes.
5.11 Insurance. TrackFit Pty Ltd holds professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
5.12 Your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including your right to have services provided with due care and skill.
6. What Your Membership Includes
6.1 Your training program. A structured program built for your discipline and race format. During your trial you're placed into the program matching your race format. Once your membership starts and you've completed your onboarding form, your program is built around you personally — your schedule, equipment, riding load, experience, injuries and goals.
6.2 Program blocks. Programs typically run in blocks of 6–8 weeks. Block length can vary depending on your race calendar and where you are in your season.
6.3 The playbook library. Full access to every TrackFit playbook, including member-only playbooks that aren't sold publicly. Readable inside the Everfit app for as long as your membership is active.
6.4 The race-day recipe library. Meals, snacks and fuelling options built for training and race days.
6.5 The member community. Exclusive posts and announcements, a place to ask questions, share results and back other riders in.
6.6 Direct access to your coach. You can message Josh directly, any time, about anything to do with your training. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
6.7 Monthly challenges. Members can take part in monthly challenges with prizes. Challenges are performance-based — most sessions completed, most kilometres covered, and similar. Challenges and prizes vary month to month and are at TrackFit's discretion.
6.8 Member benefits. Members get access to a range of benefits and offers from TrackFit's partner brands. These are provided by those businesses, not by TrackFit. Partners and offers change over time and we can't guarantee any particular offer will remain available.
6.9 Optional monthly check-in. At the end of each month you can complete a check-in form. It's optional, but completing it means your programming stays matched to where you're actually at.
6.10 What TrackFit is not. TrackFit is a strength, conditioning and endurance coaching program. It does not include:
- On-bike riding technique or skills coaching — cornering, jumping, starts, body position or any other riding skill
- Video analysis of your riding
- One-on-one personal training sessions or scheduled video calls
- Physiotherapy, rehabilitation treatment or medical care
- Individual nutrition plans or dietary prescription
- Supplements or physical products
6.11 Changes to what's included. TrackFit is built and improved continuously. We may add, change or retire features over time. If we make a change that materially reduces what your membership includes, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
7. The Everfit Platform
7.1 TrackFit is delivered through Everfit, a third-party training platform. Most riders use the Everfit app on iOS or Android; browser access is also available.
7.2 You'll need an Everfit account to access your program. Using Everfit means you also agree to Everfit's own terms of use and privacy policy, which are separate from these terms.
7.3 Platform availability. Everfit is operated by a third party and TrackFit doesn't control it. We can't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not responsible for outages, faults or changes to the platform itself. If Everfit is down or you can't get in, email us at trackfitmxtraining@gmail.com and we'll keep you moving in the meantime.
7.4 Technical support. If something isn't working, email us first — we'll try to sort it out. If it's a platform issue we can't fix, we'll point you to Everfit support.
7.5 Changing platforms. TrackFit may move to a different delivery platform in future. If we do, we'll give you notice and move your membership across. A change of platform on its own doesn't change what your membership includes.
7.6 Your training records. If you'd like a copy of your training history, email us and we'll export it for you.
8. Intellectual Property & Account Use
8.1 What we own. All TrackFit programs, playbooks, videos, recipes, written material, branding and content are owned by TrackFit Pty Ltd.
8.2 What you get. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that material for your own training, for as long as you're a member. You don't own it and you can't resell, republish or distribute it.
8.3 One rider, one membership. Your login is for you. Don't share your account or your login details with anyone else.
8.4 Sharing on social — what's fine. We want you posting. Screenshots of a session, a completed workout, video of you training, tagging us in your story — all good. Post away.
8.5 What's not. Sharing the full program, posting entire training blocks, uploading playbooks, or passing on TrackFit material in a way that gives away what other riders pay for. That's the line: showing what you're doing is fine, handing over the product isn't.
8.6 If these terms are breached. If you share your account or redistribute TrackFit material, we'll contact you first and ask you to stop. If it happens again, we may terminate your membership immediately without refund. For serious or deliberate breaches — reselling material, distributing playbooks publicly — we may terminate straight away without a warning.
8.7 Your posts in the community. When you post in the TrackFit community, you keep ownership of what you post. You're giving TrackFit permission to display it inside the community so other members can see and respond to it.
8.8 Using your content in our marketing. We'll always ask you first. If we'd like to use your photos, video, results or comments outside the community — on social media, our website or in advertising — we'll contact you and get your okay before we use anything.
8.9 Members under 18. For any member under 18, we'll get the parent or guardian's permission before using any content involving that rider in marketing.
8.10 Our name and brand. TrackFit's name, logo and branding belong to TrackFit Pty Ltd and can't be used without our written permission.
9. The Member Community
9.1 The TrackFit community is for riders who want to get better. Everyone in there is chasing the same thing, so back each other in.
9.2 What isn't on. No abuse, harassment, bullying, racism, discrimination, personal attacks, threats or spam. No content that's illegal, hateful or designed to stir up trouble.
9.3 No promoting your own business. Don't use the community to sell, advertise or recruit. That includes supplements, coaching, products, services or your own brand. If you'd like to share something with the group, talk to us first — TrackFit works with partner brands and we need to manage that ourselves.
9.4 Advice between members isn't TrackFit advice. Riders share what's worked for them and that's part of the value. But anything another member posts is their opinion, not TrackFit coaching, and it isn't reviewed or approved by us. If you want a proper answer, message Josh in Everfit or email trackfitmxtraining@gmail.com.
9.5 Members under 18. Riders under 18 can take part in the community, but only where their parent or guardian has given specific permission at signup. The community is a mixed-age space — junior riders and adult riders are in there together.
9.6 There is no private messaging between members inside Everfit. Members can only interact publicly in the comments on posts, and every post and comment is visible to us.
9.7 Adult members must not attempt to contact junior members privately on any platform. Any attempt to do so results in immediate termination without refund.
9.8 How we handle problems. For most issues we'll take the post down and give you a warning. If it continues, community access is suspended for up to 14 days and we'll tell you when it comes back. If it continues after that, your membership is terminated.
9.9 For anything serious — abusing another member, harassment, threats, or anything that puts a rider at risk — we'll skip the warnings and terminate the membership immediately, with no refund.
9.10 We may remove any post at any time without notice.
10. Privacy & Your Information
10.1 What we collect. When you join TrackFit we collect your name, email address, phone number and date of birth, along with your payment details. We also collect the training and health information you give us: current or past injuries, medical conditions, doctor's clearances, your training history and the sessions you log. If you choose to add body measurements or weight, we collect those too — that's entirely optional. We also hold any photos or videos you send us.
10.2 Why we collect it. To build and adjust your training program, to keep you safe while you train, to run your membership and billing, to answer your questions, and to send you information about TrackFit.
10.3 Health information stays where it belongs. Your injury history, medical conditions and doctor's clearances are only ever used for your coaching. They stay inside Everfit and are never shared with our marketing tools, advertising platforms or partner brands.
10.4 Who else handles your information. TrackFit uses third-party services to operate:
- Everfit — training delivery, messaging and member records
- Stripe — payment processing. Your full card details are held by Stripe, not by TrackFit.
- Klaviyo — email
- ManyChat — social media messaging
- Shopify — the TrackFit store
- Google — business documents and spreadsheets
- Meta — advertising and social platforms
Each handles your information under its own privacy policy.
10.5 Where your information is stored. Everfit hosts its data with Amazon Web Services, and several of our other providers are based overseas. This means some of your information is stored and processed outside Australia.
10.6 Marketing emails. We'll send you TrackFit news, training content and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link and you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing doesn't stop the emails we need to send about your membership, like billing and trial notices.
10.7 How long we keep it. We keep your account and training history while you're a member and after you leave, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back.
Health information — injuries, medical conditions, doctor's clearances and pre-exercise screening — is kept longer, because we're required to. We hold it for 7 years after your last session or contact with us. For members who were under 18, we hold it until they turn 25. This lines up with Australian fitness industry standards and our insurance obligations, and it means that if a question is ever raised about your training, the records exist.
10.8 Asking for your information, or asking us to delete it. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email trackfitmxtraining@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
Some information we can't delete on request: health and screening records within the retention periods in 10.7, and billing records we're required to keep for tax purposes. Everything else can go.
10.9 Members under 18. Where a member is under 18, the parent or guardian holds the account and can request access to or deletion of that information at any time.
10.10 Keeping it secure. We use access-controlled storage and only Josh has access to member health information. No system is completely secure, but if there's ever a breach affecting your information we'll tell you and take action straight away.
10.11 Questions or complaints. Email trackfitmxtraining@gmail.com. If you're not happy with how we've handled it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
11. Legal
11.1 Who you're dealing with. TrackFit is operated by TrackFit MX Performance Coaching Pty Ltd. You can reach us at trackfitmxtraining@gmail.com.
11.2 These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
11.3 When we may end a membership. We may end your membership if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms. That includes sharing your account or redistributing TrackFit material, abuse or harassment of other members or of us, dishonest guarantee or refund claims, chargebacks made without contacting us first, or ignoring safety instructions in a way that puts you or others at risk.
11.4 Where we end a membership for serious misconduct, no refund is given. Where we end a membership for any other reason, we'll refund the unused part of your current month.
11.5 Changes to these terms. If we change these terms, we'll email you and post a notice in the member community 14 days before the changes take effect. We'll send a reminder a week out, and confirm once the changes are live. If you don't agree with a change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
11.6 Our responsibility to you. TrackFit provides coaching, programming and education. We can't guarantee particular results — how you go depends on how consistently you train, how you ride, and plenty of things outside our control.
11.7 To the extent the law allows, TrackFit's total liability to you for anything connected with your membership is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including the guarantee that our services will be provided with due care and skill.
11.8 If something goes wrong. Talk to us first. Email trackfitmxtraining@gmail.com and give us 14 days to sort it out before taking it further. Most problems get fixed with a conversation.
11.9 Agreeing to these terms. By signing up for a TrackFit trial or membership, you confirm you've read and agree to these terms. Where the member is under 18, the parent or guardian agrees to them on the rider's behalf.
11.10 If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
12. Offers, Credits & Promotions
12.1 The Playbook Starter Pack credit. If you've bought the TrackFit Ultimate Playbook Starter Pack, you get a discount code in your confirmation email worth the full purchase price off your first month of membership.
12.2 The code is valid for 30 days from the date you bought the Starter Pack, and is entered at the discount code field when you sign up. It applies to your first month only — your membership continues at $239 per month after that.
12.3 The Starter Pack credit is a standalone offer and can't be combined with any other offer or promotion.
12.4 If you use the credit and later claim the 30-day guarantee, you're refunded what you actually paid for your first month. You keep your Starter Pack playbooks — they're yours permanently.
12.5 Referral offers. From time to time we run referral offers where you're rewarded for bringing another rider across. Where a referral offer is running, the reward applies once the rider you referred has become a paying member — not when they start a free trial. Referral rewards are one per referred rider, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be combined with other offers.
12.6 Offers change. Referral offers, partner offers and promotions are added, changed and withdrawn over time. The offer that applies to you is the one advertised at the time you take it up. Withdrawing or changing an offer doesn't affect a reward you've already earned.
12.7 Monthly challenges. Challenges are open to current paying members only. Prizes vary, aren't exchangeable for cash, and TrackFit's decision on results is final.
12.8 Sponsored and discounted memberships. Some riders train with TrackFit on a sponsored or reduced rate. Those arrangements are set out in a separate written agreement, and where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
