Having been introduced to the sport of motocross as a young kid with no limits or boundaries to what he could dream of, Josh quickly developed a deep love for the sport and has been heavily involved ever since. Along with always chasing better results and looking to improve his riding in any way possible, Josh also discovered a passion for the gym. Over the past eight years, he has dedicated large chunks of his personal time to developing a strong understanding of how the right type of training can greatly benefit an athlete’s performance.

With his passion for both motocross and the gym, Josh set out to create something that would combine the two—allowing him to share his knowledge with other athletes and help them excel in their riding. As an active rider and racer himself, Josh knows exactly what it takes to build the strength and confidence needed to perform on the bike, even in the toughest conditions.

Through years of trial and error, figuring out what does and doesn’t translate from the gym to the track, he has gained the confidence and knowledge necessary to help riders exceed their own expectations and ultimately reach the next level in their performance.

Josh’s ultimate goal with TrackFit is to take the guesswork out of learning how to get the most out of your body so you can perform at your best. With no overly complicated workouts and easy-to-follow strength programs designed by Josh himself for riders of all skill levels, he and his team will have you feeling strong and in control of your machine—faster than it takes Vince Friese to ruin someone’s race.
